OUR POLICIES
PAYMENTS
Payment for bookings is taken up front and is booked in hourly or full day blocks, starting with a four hour minimum. A 20% driver tip and $200 security deposit is added into the rate at the time of booking. The security deposit is for any small incidentals/damages that may happen during booking. If there are no accidents this is refunded in full. If the damages exceed, Sunbird has the right to charge point of contact for reimbursement. Reschedule only available if in line with reschedule policy, booking amount will be forfeited if you are a no call or no show.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately. Any reschedule request will need to be done 48 hours PRIOR to booking start time. You will forfeit your booking if you are a no call or no show.
DAMAGES
Clients are responsible for any damages that occur during the time of their booking. Security deposit will be forfeited in cases of bodily fluids, excessive trash, property damage or any other situation where the passengers leave the vehicle in worse shape than it was upon arrival. Please be courteous to your driver and our staff, as penalties also may apply for rough housing or driver abuse etc.
MINORS (UNDER 18)
All clients and guests must be over the age of 21 to book and have alcoholic beverages in the vehicles. For inquiries on bookings for passengers under 18, we require guests to be accompanied by a parent, or manager over the age of 21. You are welcome to request authorization prior by our team if there are special circumstances in which you need an unaccompanied booking for a minor.
PRICING
This vehicle rents out at $200/hour (plus driver tip and refundable security deposit). We require a four hour minimum for booking a block and have special rates for full day rentals to longer travel destinations as well. All sprinters include free Wifi, TVs with streaming and gaming capabilities, a bar with bottle of choice and a mini fridge with waters, sodas and fruit juices.
